Order Blinds offers a five year warranty, to the original purchaser against defects in either materials or workmanship on a return to store basis, The warranty does not cover against misuse, incorrect installation, normal wear and tear or exposure to the elements. any holes or marks in the Blinds must be advised within 5 working day from receipt as they will not appear over time and could only have occcured with fair wear and/or misuse. Metal chains are also considered as above.

All our blind products are manufactured and supplied with fittings to conform with the Federal Government Child Safety Regulations.

Your Quote is based on your measurements we don’t make the blinds/curtains according to those measurements. Your consultant will professionally measure and give advice on how the blinds /curtains will be installed.
*Please be aware that if your measurements are considerably out to the consultants measurements this will affect the final cost of the order.
